Routa by ValeWorth ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Routa by ValeWorth handles information when you use the Routa by ValeWorth mobile application and related services.

1. Local-First Architecture

Routa by ValeWorth is designed as a local-first AI client. Your chats, settings, attachments, and provider configurations are stored locally on your device unless explicitly shared by you.

2. No Hosted AI Processing

Routa by ValeWorth does not provide hosted AI models or hosted inference services. The app connects directly to third-party AI providers and local AI servers configured by you.

Examples may include:

• Ollama
• LM Studio
• OpenRouter
• OpenAI-compatible APIs

Your requests are sent directly from your device to the providers you configure. We do not proxy or relay your AI requests through our own servers.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not intentionally collect or store:

• Your chat contents on our servers
• Your uploaded files on our servers
• Your AI prompts or responses on our servers
• Your provider API keys on our servers

4. Local Storage

Routa by ValeWorth stores certain data locally on your device for app functionality, including:

• Chats and conversation history
• Provider configurations
• Model preferences
• Theme/settings preferences
• Exported files generated by the app

You are responsible for securing access to your device and exported files.

5. Third-Party Providers

When using Routa by ValeWorth, your prompts, files, and requests may be sent to third-party providers selected and configured by you.

Those providers may collect, process, or retain data according to their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or data handling of third-party providers.

6. Attachments and File Uploads

Attachments selected in Routa by ValeWorth are processed locally on your device before being sent directly to the provider you selected.

We do not store your uploaded attachments on our servers.

7. Analytics and Diagnostics

Routa by ValeWorth may optionally collect anonymous diagnostic or crash information to improve app stability and performance.

This information does not intentionally include your chat contents, API keys, or uploaded files.

8. Purchases

Payments and subscriptions are processed by third-party platforms such as Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect local application data, but no software or storage system is completely secure. You use Routa by ValeWorth at your own risk.

10. No Warranty

Routa by ValeWorth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or accuracy.

11. Children

Routa by ValeWorth is not directed toward children under 13.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the app or associated website.
